My mission at Ruth’s Real Food is to provide handmade, frozen ready meals for people who want convenience not guilt!
You appreciate quality, you enjoy your food and you want the best. But you might have a demanding job or perhaps you’d just like a break from cooking once in a while. A ready meal is the obvious solution - but you don’t want to compromise on quality and taste, and you worry that supermarket and takeaway meals are high in salt, sugar and fat. Sound familiar?
No time to cook? Ruth’s Real Food can help.
Ruth’s Real Food is the answer. I’ve developed a range of frozen ready meals and I cook each dish in my own kitchen here in the heart of Devon. I demand top quality ingredients, locally sourced where possible. And I only use free-range meat and eggs from local farms I know and trust.
I only use top quality free-range meat and eggs from local farms that I trust.
So, with Ruth's Real Food you’ll know exactly what’s in your meal and, just as importantly, what’s not! No preservatives, colouring, or enhancers and no added sugar or salt in the main meals. My family and most of my customers prefer not to have salt in their meals and think the dishes are perfect as they are but you can add salt if you wish – the main thing is, it’s under your control.
No preservatives, colouring or added sugar or salt - just REAL FOOD.
My menu includes something for all ages and tastes from family favourites and dinner party dishes to vegetarian options and puddings. Each meal comes in a choice of sizes from individual portions to family sized servings. So with my meals you can be sure you’re getting everything you want from your food – with the convenience and peace of mind you need.
